You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.Responsibilities:● Daily Team Briefing.● Daily Attendance Report.● Daily Agents Login Report with Late Explanation.● Maintain Team Utilization Report.● Maintain and Share Shift wise Phone call Report.● Maintain and Share Source wise product Sell Report.● Sales report given at 12.00 PM, 6.00PM, 10.30 PM And 11.59 PM A report should be given explaining why the sales have decreased. ● Drop call monitoring Report hourly.● Social media monitoring.● Maintain Agents Daily and Monthly Roster. ● Device availability Monitoring and Report. ● Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.● Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.● Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.● Delegating tasks to team members.● Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.● Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.● Conducting quarterly performance reviews.● Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.● Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team. Required Skills & Expertise:● Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor● In-depth knowledge of performance metrics● Good PC skills, especially MS Excel● Excellent communication and leadership skills● Organizational and time-management skills● Decision-making skills● Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus Requirements Education● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.● Certifications in leadership, project management or other relevant areas.● Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.● Strong leadership and organizational skills.● Excellent analytical and decision-making acumen. Required skills and qualifications● Age 20 to 35 years● Minimum of (2-3) three years of experience in a leadership or management role.● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.● Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.● Knowledge of the E-Commerce Food Company best practices and trends for team management.
